We suggest 2-4 tablespoons per 16 oz to 32oz water or other fluids.  

How long will my sea moss gel stay fresh?
Our Irish Sea Moss gel will stay fresh for up to 3 to 4 weeks when refrigerated.

 How long will the Irish Sea Moss Gel last in the freezer?
Sea moss can remain frozen for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.

Where does your sea moss come from? 

Our sea moss is sustainably sourced from the the beautiful island of Saint Lucia.  

Can I eat sea moss gel?

You sure can. Add it to your tea or coffee. Add it to your smoothie after a workout to regain your energy.You can bake with it.

When is the best time to use the Bedroom Bully Capsules
